Company history AFRISO Switzerland
AFRISO has been actively present in the Swiss market with its own sales representation since the 1960s. From the very beginning, the focus was on proactive sales and expert consultation regarding the safe operation of tanks and containers for liquid fuels – from the tank facility to the burner. Consequently, AFRISO AG rapidly established an excellent reputation in the Swiss market.
As the AFRISO group expanded, the product range of the Swiss subsidiary was continuously extended. Today, we support professionals with sophisticated, practical solutions for their projects, ranging from demand-oriented heat generation and energy savings to maximum safety for building technology. Efficiency and time savings take centre stage.
For example, the AFRISO smart home system ensures optimal interplay between all components in the building, providing end customers with increased comfort, security and a pleasant indoor climate. Installers also benefit from professional service solutions for virtually every daily measuring task when using the BlueLine series portable measuring instruments.
In addition to providing the classic AFRISO portfolio, AFRISO AG is also a distribution partner for the Gampper brand, which belongs to the AFRISO Group.
After more than 60 years at the Au site, the company moved into its new premises in Oberbüren, Canton of St. Gallen, at the end of 2021. The environmentally exemplary building with its own photovoltaic and geothermal probe system offers 570 m² of warehouse and logistics space, providing ample room for a reliable supply of standard items to the Swiss market. Two thirds of the storage area are designated for pallets, while the remaining space is equipped with shelving for off-the-shelf goods. Service, packing station and shipping are located on the same level. The spacious training and exhibition room allows for individual training sessions for up to 20 people.
