The production of high-grade mechanical pressure measuring instruments is one of the long-standing competencies of AFRISO. 

As early as in the 1920ies, the development and production of capsule elements for precision pressure gauges laid the foundation for this. Today, as a full-range manufacturer, we manufacture and deliver a broad product portfolio from a single source. 

A wide range of materials (e.g. stainless steel 316 Ti / 316 L, Monel, Hastelloy, platinum, titanium, plastics), coatings and process connections enable optimum adaptability to suit the process.

AFRISO chemical seal systems are combined with pressure gauges, pressure transducers or pressure switches for optimum adaptation to the process requirements at hand.

A vast range of application areas covers measurement of water, waste water, suspensions, oil, chemicals, pharmaceutical products all the way to food.

Adapted to suit specific industrial production processes, AFRISO pressure transducers, pressure switches and digital pressure gauges meet the most stringent requirements. 

Various measuring principles, output signals, materials, pressure transmission liquids and process connections allow pressure transducers to be used in almost any application. Pressure transducer versions are available for abrasive, pure, highly viscous, viscous or crystallising media as well as special models for hygienic processes.

Whether appliance engineering, mechanical engineering, plant engineering, process engineering, chemical, biotechnology or food industries - mechanical and electronic temperature measuring instruments provide perfect measurement results and reliably monitor simple and complex processes in the measuring ranges from -50 °C to +1,100 °C.

AFRISO level indicators allow for continuous measurement and point level detection, for example, for switch-off systems, in industrial and process engineering applications. 

Depending on the application requirements, devices with capacitance, conductive, hydrostatic, magnetostrictive and ultrasound measuring principles are available. International approvals and certifications, a full range of mounting accessories and a comprehensive selection of control, display and evaluation units complete the offer. Our measuring instruments cover the range 0/10 cm to 0/250 m.
