Application

Heating pump assembly for use in non-mixed heating circuits. It connects the heating boiler and the pipe system. With the 3-way mixer KVS Vario and the actuator, the flow temperature can be adjusted to a desired temperature by adding water from the return. PrimoTherm^® 180-2 can also be used to increase the return temperature with solid fuel boilers which have a controller for increasing the return temperature. The opening temperature must be set at this controller.

Application

Can be used for controlling AFRISO series ARV ProClick mixing valves DN 20 to DN 50, also available with the pump assembly PrimoTherm^®. The connection to the heating circuit operates as a hydraulic separator and is designed for direct connection of the AFRISO boiler manifolds KSV or the pump assemblies PrimoTherm^®. Operation with a heat pump ensures a sufficient volume flow and keeps the heat pump from intermittent operation due to a lack of system volume. In addition, the buffer tank ensures that there is sufficient heat capacity for defrosting the outdoor unit.

Application

For controlling the hot water valves in radiators or AFRISO distribution manifolds such as heating/ cooling circuit manifolds ProCalida^® MC, EF, VA and IN. Actuators convert the electrical signal received from room or timer thermostats into a valve stroke to control the set temperature via the fl ow volume. The actuator is factory-opened (First Open function) so that the stroke valves at the heating circuit manifold remain open during initial commissioning. This facilitates mounting as well as fi lling and f l ushing of the system since, at this point in time, the control system is usually not yet operative. The First Open function (FO) is automatically disabled as soon as the actuator is electrically connected and fully closed. The FO function can also be manually deactivated by lifting the stroke indicator with a screwdriver. When the stroke indicator is lifted, the "clip Re-Open" is “ relieved and disables the FO function. For servicing, the factory setting "open" of the actuator can be restored manually via the clip without power having to be applied. To do so, lift the stroke indicator with a screwdriver until the clip can be pushed below the stroke indicator. The pre-load of the stroke indicator keeps the clip in position and the FO function is active again.

Application

Actuator for automatic hydraulic balancing and energy-saving operation of surface heating systems. Suitable for controlling the hot water valves in distribution manifolds such as heating/cooling circuit manifolds ProCalida^® MC, EF, VA and IN. The actuators convert the electrical signal received from room or timer thermostats into a valve stroke to control the set temperature via the flow rate. The adaptive PID control algorithm of the continuous controller controls the flow rate based on the measure flow and return temperatures for hydraulic balancing.

The actuator is factory-opened (First Open function) so that the stroke valves at the heating circuit manifold remain open during initial commissioning. This facilitates mounting as well as filling and flushing of the system since, at this point in time, the control system is usually not yet operative. The First Open function (FO) is automatically disabled as soon as the actuator is electrically controlled. The FO function can be re-enabled via a reset.
