Description Heat manifold in a robust and highly compact segment design, made of high-quality polymers. This ensures minimum heat loss and prevents condensation for reliable operation of cooling applications. The heat source manifold features a modular design with 90 or 125 mm segments (centre-to-centre distance) for the connection of 2 to 5 heating pump assemblies and can be extended to up to 5 heating circuits using extension segments. An extension segment B for the integration of buffer tanks is also available. You can integrate a differential pressure bypass valve or convert the heat source manifold (HSM) into a hydraulic separator. Regardless of the configuration and application, the water distribution through the segments is intelligently coordinated so that the various heat sources work together in an optimum and energy-efficient way, even with a large number of heating zones. As compared to standard boiler manifolds, HSM lets you arrange the system and venting components in a flexible way using the AFRISO plug-in system - no tools required. The outlet to the pump assembly can be positioned either upwards, downwards or sideways in order to accommodate different site and piping conditions. It is also possible to rotate the heat source manifold, allowing to flexibly interchange the flow and return in order to realise the connection to the heat generator in an easy way. Metal rails are used for wall mounting at an adjustable wall distance from 80 to 130 mm.HSM heat source manifolds are pre-assembled at the factory, 100 % tightness-tested, and delivered with form-fit heat insulation.
