Flexibility

The AFRISO heat source manifold HSM features a modular design and can be flexibly adapted to any heating system. The segments can be combined to meet your specific requirements, the connection directions for flow and return can be interchanged, and expansions can be easily integrated. This way, the HSM offers maximum adaptability for every installation.

Interchanging flow and return

The heat source manifold can be rotated to adapt flexibly to local conditions on the construction site. Thanks to the AFRISO plug-in system, the connected pump assemblies can be easily converted from right to left or left to right.

Segment replacement

As opposed to conventional boiler manifolds, the heat source manifold can be flexibly adapted to the conditions on site by replacing segments. Whether you need the flow on the right or left or require more space between the pipes, there are virtually no limits to the flexibility.

Adjustable wall distances

The concept of adjustable wall distances also speeds up and facilitates installation. During installation, the distance to the wall can be adjusted from 80 to 130 mm in practically no time at all, allowing the manifolds and pump assemblies to be optimally adapted to the existing piping on site.

Hydraulic separator / version with bypass valve

Prefabricated segment assemblies for adaptation to any application

In addition to standard applications, the HSM heat source manifold can also be used to implement systems that require a bypass or a complete hydraulic separator function. The accessories included in the scope of delivery allow you to replace the separation between the flow and return by a hydraulic separator function. If a bypass valve is needed in the hydraulic system, the differential pressure bypass valve HSM DPO valve can be fi tted directly into one of termination components of the manifold. This eliminates the need for additional piping and labour. The differential pressure bypass valve ensures that a minimum circulation in the heat generator is maintained only when the heating circuits are closed. If the heating circuits are open, there is no bypass. This makes the system particularly effi cient, avoiding unnecessary energy
losses.
