The zone manifold allows for flexible Connection and free combination of heat pumps with oil, gas and pellet heat generators as well as reliable integration of solar and geothermal energy or additional buffer tanks.Suitable for connection of up to 5 pump assemblies. Description Heat manifold in a robust and highly compact segment design, made of high-quality polymers. This ensures minimum heat loss and prevents condensation for reliable operation of cooling applications. The zone manifold features a modular design with 90 or 125 mm segments for the connection of 2 to 5 heating pump assemblies and can be extended to up to 5 heating circuits using extension segments. An extension segment EB for the integration of buffer tanks is also available. You can integrate a differential pressure bypass valve or convert HSM into a hydraulic separator. Regardless of the configuration and application, the water distribution through the segments is intelligently coordinated so that the various heat sources work together in an optimum and energy-efficient way, even with a largenumber of heating zones. As compared to standard boiler manifolds, HSM lets you arrange the system and venting components in a flexible way using the AFRISO plug-in system – no tools required. The outlet to the pump assembly can be positioned either upwards, downwards or sideways in order to accommodate different site and piping conditions. It is also possible to rotate the zone manifold, allowing to flexibly interchange the flow and return in order to realise the connection to the heat generator in an easy way. Metal rails are used for wall mounting at an adjustable wall distance from 80 to 130 mm.HSM zone manifolds are pre-assembled at the factory, 100% tightness-tested, and delivered with form-fit heat insulation.
