Technology for environmental protection is not just a slogan for AFRISO, but has also been our performance promise for decades: It underpins our claim to manufacture technologically advanced products in Germany in a particularly sustainable way. This is based on the highest possible vertical integration: From development to in-house tool and equipment design and construction to plastic injection moulding with state-of-the-art, energy-efficient machines, all competencies are combined in-house and can therefore be directly influenced at any time. All production processes are optimised n an ongoing basis from an ecological perspective.

High-quality polymers have turned out to be ideal for realising the strategic orientation towards "Green Production" and as a basic material for sustainable products. The use of plastic significantly reduces the weight of the products and allows or creating extremely compact designs or assemblies without accepting trade-offs with regard to stability and robustness. This facilitates makes handling and installation and also contributes to efficiency and reliability in operation. The robust assemblies are resistant to mechanical loads, temperature fluctuations and other environmental influences.

For decades, AFRISO has been working on the idea that there must be alternatives to fuel oil and radiators in heating systems. The production start of manifold systems for underfloor heating systems in the 1980s was the initial milestone. This was followed by a wide range of projects for various types of heat generators. Backed by this comprehensive experience, we are now able to provide the right components for the heat sources of the future.

Environmental protection is a lived tradition at AFRISO. For over 50 years, we have been developing innovative products for energy savings, air purification, and groundwater protection. Our guiding principle, "Technology for Environmental Protection," has shaped our actions for more than 30 years.

As early as 1998, we registered our company as per European Eco Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) and had it certified according to ISO 14001. Since the ISO certification has a greater significance on an international scale, today we only have the ISO certification.
