AFRISO Level switch CoFox® ELT 8

Level switch in wall mounting housing with visual alarm and operation indicator. CoFox® ELT 8 is designed for continuous operation and operates on the basis of conductivity. If a probe electrode is in contact with the liquid, this closes a circuit to the tank wall or to a second electrode via the liquid. The relay outputs switch. The sensitivity is adjustable. 2 voltage-free relay contacts are provided for switching functions.

Switching functions:

Level switch:

The relay switches in case of contact or loss of contact of the probe with the liquid. The switching point must be adjusted according to the conductivity of the liquid.

Level controller for filling:

A minimum of 2 probe rods are required. Set the internal switch to "Max" (H). The relay switches on when the min. probe loses contact with the liquid. Relay de-energises when the max. probe comes into contact with the liquid.

Level controller for emptying:

A minimum of 2 probe rods are required. Set the internal switch to "Min" (L). The relay switches on when the max. and min. probes come into contact with the liquid. The relay de-energises when the min. probe loses contact with the liquid.
